Owner's Representative

What are Owner Representatives and what do they do?

An Owner Representative or Owner Rep manages capital reserve projects. Professional project management is the key to successfully finish large construction projects.  The Owner Rep can act in addition to an existing management company or for a self managed community. 

The goal is to ensure transparency, efficiency, and quality in every phase of the process. The Owner Rep acts exclusively in the owner’s best interest.

Utilizing the latest technology, we offer financial management services including proposing a draft budget, managing accounts payable and receivable, delinquency collections, account reconciliation and vendor correspondence. We also provide an Owner's Portal and Document Storage

In addition, our accounting department can help bring neglected or interrupted books, often caused by dysfunctional 3rd party providers, back on track. Restoring financial records can be a major project, but is the first step to running a well functioning community. 

Insurance Claims Assistance

Navigating insurance claims and coordinating repairs can be complex and time-consuming, but with the right expertise, it becomes a manageable process that ensures your community gets the support it needs.
